It operates entirely independently of other businesses owned and run by other members of the Clements family. The Governance Committee Traffic and Board of Directors ensure that Committed Traffic continues to meet its social purpose and maintain full independence.

Each year, an external independent auditor reviews the company to confirm that it is operating independently and fulfilling its stated social purpose.
